Refund policy

We want you lovin' your new piece and rockin' it all over town!!! But if for some reason it is not what you expected, you can exchange any non-custom piece within 15 days of the shipping date, minus shipping costs for store credit. Your return must be in its original condition and undamaged. Please email us at email@jenniferengel.com to initiate the return. There are NO returns or exchanges on custom pieces or hand stamped jewelry. Hand stamped jewelry is handmade. Every piece is carefully crafted. No one piece is exactly the same. Because it is hand stamped, there are sometimes slight variations in letter spacing, alignment, and indentations. No piece is perfect, that is what gives hand stamped jewelry such beauty and character.
