Order Processing

Please allow 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS for all orders to be processed prior to shipping. THIS PROCESSING PERIOD MAY BE LONGER DURING HOLIDAYS AND PROMOTIONAL SALES.

We charge $3.00 for standard shipping for orders using First Class UPS mail.  International shipping can take over a month depending on the destination's customs regulations. In the very rare case that your item is lost in shipping we will do everything we can to locate it, but are not responsible if it does not arrive on the scheduled date.


Returns/ Exchanges

Due to the custom made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we offer no refunds however, you can receive store credit 15 days after the date of the transaction. If the product is determined to be damaged or defective within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost. We will exchange pieces if the incorrect item was ordered, however, you are responsible for the price difference plus return shipping.

There are no refunds or exchanges for custom or personalized pieces. 

All return packages are to be prepaid, clearly marked with assigned RA #, and securely shipped. It is highly advised that you return any jewelry in a protected package, with insurance and tracking. Jennifer Engel Designs does not accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. 

In order to obtain a return authorization number, a written request must first be made via email to: orders@jenniferengel.com. If you attempt to return a product outside this process, your exchange/repair may be delayed or refused.
