PAYMENTS: Jennifer Engel Designs accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please contact me for detailed instructions. Also note, your order will not be shipped until check has cleared.
SHIPPING: $0 to $50 = $5.00, $50 to $100 = $7.00. All orders over $100.00 are shipped FREE! Please allow 3-5 business days for the jewelry to be shipped.
RETURNS: We accept returns 15 days after the receipt date. Please contact us for complete instructions. However, we do not refund your shipping cost. Repairs are done up to 1 year after purchase date.
